1.         The October 29 Workshop will be held at the High School Library at 6:00 p.m. The focus of the workshop will be a review of MSAD #15’s Vision and Mission and Strategic Plan. An anticipated outcome will be the development of District goals. The public will be invited to this workshop.

 

2.         Paul Penna, High School Principal and Sherry Levesque, Middle School Principal, will present the 08-09 School Improvement Team Plans for their schools. In preparation for their presentations, the handbook will be emailed to you for review prior to the presentations.

 

3.         Tim Richards and John Springer, High School Assistant Principals, will share the high school’s discipline plan for School Board awareness and feedback.

 

4.         The High School Key Club is a service organization led by volunteer high school coaches. The purpose of tonight’s presentation is to ask the School Board to vote school sponsored status to the High School Key Club and approve the appointment of Karen Licht and Mark Cutter as volunteer coaches without a stipend.

 

5.        Mr. Towle, Director of Finance and Operations, will be available to answer any questions regarding the copier bid which is an action item on tonight’s agenda.

 

6.         Action items on tonight’s agenda are the final drafts of the policies discussed during September School Board Workshops. Edits are in red ink.

 

7.         Due to the fact that I will be out of my office, the October 15^th Superintendent’s Report will not be available prior to the October 15^th Board Meeting.
