Phil Foster - Bus 23
Phil has been driving for MSAD 15 full-time since 1995. Between runs throughout the school year and during the summer/school vacations, Phil spends time in the bus garage doing repairs. His hobbies include maintaining and running a vintage race car, playing with his 1967 Chevelle, and collecting gas station memorabilia and World War II artifacts.
