Welcome from the Supervisor

     Welcome to the G-NG Food Service Department. We strive to offer healthy, nutritious meals that are appealing to our students. Meals include low fat milk choices, fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Menus are analyzed for vitamin, mineral, protein and fat content and always meet or exceed the National School Lunch Program requirements.
     We use Nutrikids, a point of sale computer program to keep account balances and transaction history. When you send money to the school, a deposit is made to the student's account and each day charges are debited from that balance. Kitchen managers at the K-4 level send bills home in Thursday totes to alert parents/guardians of overdue balances. Students at the Middle School and High School are informed when their lunch balances become low or overdue. Free and Reduced Meal Applications may be submitted at any time during the school year.      Thank you for allowing us to help your children do their best in school by providing them with good nutrition. Please check back periodically as we hope to use this site as an information and communication tool between school and home.
